Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love everything you receive from Posh & Present. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

Email us at hello@poshandpresent.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you instructions and a return label.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Want a different item? Let us know and we'll do our best to accommodate an exchange.

For hygiene reasons, certain items (including earrings and personalized products) cannot be returned. These are noted on the product page.
